Origins
The Boxer dog breed was first introduced in the regions of Germany, more precisely, at a famous dog show in Munchen (1895). They are considered to be descendents of the Bullenbeisser (a dog bred from Mastiffs and English Bulldogs). They were used as hunting dogs, to seize and hold down wild boar, deer, bears. This breed was later introduced in the other parts of Europe and United States, during the 1900-1935. During World War I, they were used as military messengers, guard dogs or attack dogs. After World War II their popularity increased due to various soldiers who introduced this breed to other audiences.

The Chow Chow breed has its origins in Mongolia, around 4,000 years ago. This breed was introduced in China, being used as a temple guard dog and hunter, herder. The massive body stature gave their name of Chinese guardian lion. The Chow got popular in America after 1920, being owned by many rich people of that time.

The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (also named Cavalier, Cav, Cavie) has its origins in England, in the 16th-17th century period, taking the name from king Charles I. This breed was depicted in many artworks and was a favorite pet for noblemen and royalty. The breed was eventually introduced in other parts of the Europe and in United States at the beginning of the 20th century.
